• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Process accounts receivable and unapplied cash
• Reconcile bank
• Manage customer ageing, open statements, and bad debt
• Process customer invoicing

• Good understanding of client processes, procedures, policies, and business context
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and technologies to support service delivery
• Strong analytical skills with ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data
• Ability to draw insights and provide recommendations based on data and business context
