Supply Chain Monozukuri & Synchronous Flows Manager Consultant

• Proven experience in industrial Supply Chain management including logistics flows, packaging, inbound operations, and cost structures (TLC, DET/DEX)
• Strong cross-functional project leadership skills managing complex initiatives across plants, suppliers, and procurement stakeholders especially in automotive or manufacturing environments
• Experience in workshop facilitation and change management with ability to drive alignment and deliver results in fast-paced on-site environments
• Solid financial acumen including building business cases, managing logistics cost targets, and tracking cost savings through governance processes

• Conduct and facilitate Monozukuri workshops at client and supplier locations, gathering information, coordinating facilitators, and identifying optimization levers for logistics, packaging, and inbound flows
• Own end-to-end action plan delivery by structuring, prioritizing, and executing improvement initiatives and preparing business cases for governance validation and investment approval
• Manage industrialization of synchronous flows, design and implement long synchronous flows through to handover to plant logistics and ensure operational readiness for serial production
• Act as GSC project representative, coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers, procurement, and plant teams to align logistics costs with project targets
• Drive Supplier Value Optimization (VO) portfolios by challenging suppliers for continuous cost-saving ideas and maintaining a pipeline of improvement opportunities
