• Fluent in Swedish and English (minimum B2/C1 level).
• First experience in a finance-related environment.
• Experience working with financial systems and MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding payments, contracts, refunds, finance documentation, and other finance-related topics.
• Accurately process and allocate incoming customer payments.
• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, deductions, and payment discrepancies.
• Support account reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
