Treasury Specialist

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Treasury Operations within an international setting, preferably in an SSC/BPO environment.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written; Polish language skills are an additional asset.
• Solid financial expertise in Cash Management, Banking, and Treasury Operations.
• Highly analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solver comfortable with undefined processes.
• Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with financial and analytical systems such as TMS, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance or a related discipline.

• Handle daily cash tasks, including monitoring cash levels, managing short-term liquidity needs, and posting transactions.
• Create and maintain a 12-month daily cash-flow forecast, collaborating with finance and market teams.
• Manage banking matters such as inquiries from banks, mandate updates, and user access issues.
• Process and approve manual payments and payment runs, coordinating with banks to confirm and track them.
• Build positive relationships with banks, external partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance Treasury Operations processes.
• Support the Treasury Operations Manager and team in projects and ongoing tasks.
