• Experience building scalable and robust backend systems using Python and FastAPI stack.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling in daily work (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international startup environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience building LLM-powered features or workflows using OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, LangChain, or agentic systems.

• Build agentic AI workflows for an AI-native legal industry platform, including document review, drafting, analysis, anonymization, translation, and semantic search.
• Deliver high-quality code and challenge decisions within a fast-paced, international startup environment.
