Data Center Sourcing Manager

• 5+ years of experience within data center, colocation, cloud infrastructure, telecom, or related industries.
• Understanding of colocation and data center services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and relationship-driven approach to market engagement and supplier management.

Preferred Experience:

• Existing relationships with colocation providers or data center operators.
• Experience supporting infrastructure sourcing or colocation sales activities.
• Familiarity with major global data center markets.
• Exposure to enterprise or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Experience working in customer-facing or commercially focused infrastructure roles.

• Build and maintain relationships with colocation providers and data center operators globally.
• Maintain up-to-date visibility into available capacity across key data center markets.
• Support sourcing activities for single rack deployments, private cages, enterprise colocation, and larger infrastructure opportunities.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP processes with operators and suppliers.
• Source and compare suitable facilities based on location, power availability, cooling capabilities, connectivity options, commercial terms, and deployment timelines.
• Maintain internal tracking tools and databases covering supplier contacts, pricing information, capacity availability, and market intelligence.
• Support commercial discussions and quote collection with operators.
• Monitor developments across the data center market including new facility launches, supply constraints, pricing trends, and emerging markets.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to support customer opportunities.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
• Develop strong awareness of global data center market dynamics and maintain active engagement within the industry.
