Automation Engineer – Digital Workplace Everyday AI

IT Talento is part of the HICRON Group, which supports companies in technological projects, digital transformations, and development of SAP systems and IT solutions. The group collaborates with approximately 1000 experts and consultants working on projects in Poland and abroad, including SAP implementations, migrations to SAP S/4HANA, custom application development, integration projects, IT environment modernization, automation, and business transformation initiatives. They serve organizations across various industries such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, chemistry, and FMCG, providing experience in diverse technological, business, and project environments.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or a similar technical role, preferably in technology/SaaS environments.
• Practical experience in developing and implementing automation solutions and improving digital processes.
• Experience working with AI/ML and large language models (LLM).
• Practical knowledge of Google Gemini and using AI to build agents or automation.
• Very good knowledge of at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Experience creating and using API integrations.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks/tools and AI-driven workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Higher education in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• Independence, analytical approach, and ability to lead initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and process automation solutions, including using Google Gemini.
• Identify processes and areas where AI and automation can reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Develop new tools and improve existing Everyday AI solutions such as Gemini for Workspace and NotebookLM.
• Create integrations using API and build AI-based workflows.
• Translate business needs and user requirements into specific technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the Everyday AI team to define priorities, design solutions, and implement them.
• Support architectural decisions and design scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor deployed automations, identify optimization opportunities, and further develop them.
• Share knowledge on AI, automation, and development best practices.
• Stay updated on AI/ML, LLM, and automation technologies.
