Project / Delivery Manager & Business Analyst

Transition Technologies MS is a company delivering IT projects for clients, focusing on client-specific projects including custom software and outsourcing. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of IT projects.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects (Project/Delivery Management) and/or business analysis.
• Experience working on the vendor side of IT providing client-specific projects such as custom software or outsourcing.
• Ability to gather and specify requirements including user stories, use cases, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Practical knowledge of managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Experience in preparing IT project proposals and estimates.
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and ability to apply them flexibly.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills including interaction with business clients.
• Ability to work with distributed teams and coordinate technical specialists' work.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1).
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum / IIBA certification is welcome but not required.

• Gathering and analyzing initial business and technical requirements from the client.
• Preparing proposals, estimates, and solution concepts in collaboration with the technical team.
• Defining project scope, goals, risks, and preliminary schedule and budget.
• Conducting workshops and meetings with the client to clarify requirements (user stories, use cases).
• Creating and updating project plans including scope, resources, costs, and schedule.
• Collaborating with technical team members such as developers, architects, and QA to meet requirements.
• Monitoring work progress, quality of deliverables, and compliance with agreed scope.
• Identifying and managing project risks and changes (change management).
• Managing communication and client relationships throughout the project.
• Reporting project status regarding scope, time, costs, and risks to clients and internally.
• Supervising handover and implementation of final solution at the client.
• Summarizing project, providing conclusions and recommendations (lessons learned).
• Taking full responsibility for meeting project's scope, deadline, and budget.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and quality of the business relationship.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
