Inżynier automatyzacji danych / Specjalista AI (K/M)

LELLEK Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a mid-level specialist role based in Opole, Poland, focused on data automation engineering and AI specialization. The company uses technologies such as Python, SQL, and operates on the Windows system.

• Experience in programming (junior/mid level) with Python, SQL, and system integrations
• Experience in data extraction, merging, and analysis from systems such as CRM, ERP, and databases
• Knowledge of API usage and system integration
• Familiarity with analytical and integration tools like Power BI, Excel, Power Platform or similar
• Experience working with AI tools including ChatGPT, no-code/low-code automation
• Process-oriented and optimization mindset
• Ability to align technology solutions with real business needs
• Independence, initiative, and implementation focus
• Ability to work in project environments and cooperate across departments
• Communication skills to translate technical issues to business language

Nice to have:

• Experience in the automotive or sales industry

• Develop and maintain tools for data integration and analysis
• Create reports, dashboards, and analyses supporting management decisions
• Extract, process, and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, DMS, databases)
• Develop APIs
• Identify areas for organizational improvement through AI use
• Design and implement AI-based processes including automation, chatbots, data analysis, content generation
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, and administration/accounting departments to optimize workflows
• Analyze effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuously improve them
• Create AI usage standards and procedures within the organization
• Cooperate with business analysts and project managers on project execution
• Report progress and results directly to the IT Director
• Monitor market trends and recommend new solutions
