Global Operations Specialist with English

PORT (Micromobility Solutions) builds the e-mobility backbone for last-mile delivery: e-vehicles plus the software, charging, parking and maintenance that keep them on the road. They work with couriers and delivery firms across Europe who rely on their fleet being available and ready to use.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken; Polish is not required, French is a nice-to-have.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently without detailed guidance.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, escalations, QA, or process design is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including some weekends; monthly schedules are published in advance.
• Basic technical fluency with tools such as Jira, Google Workspace, Gemini, or Claude.
• Legal right to work in Poland; visa or work permit sponsorship is not offered.
• CV must be submitted in English.

• Live-monitor e-bike fleet performance across different markets and address disruptions before they escalate.
• Communicate with external partners to maintain high fleet availability.
• Resolve escalated support cases via chat and email, including payment discrepancies, refunds, and complex app or system issues.
• Mentor and coach Customer Care Agents on process execution, customer issue handling, and communication style.
• Collaborate closely with regional teams to meet service levels and performance metrics.
• Track and manage system bugs and operational incidents from identification to resolution.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Maintain internal dashboards and contribute to operational reporting used by leadership.
