KYC Analyst

Devire is an international company specializing in recruitment, outsourcing, and employer branding services. They represent leading employers on the European market and have offices in Warsaw, Poznań, Katowice, Kraków, Munich, Frankfurt, Prague, Ostrava, and Hradec Kralove. The position is for a client who is a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management firm.

• 1-3 years experience in a KYC role
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills
• Common sense with robust analytical and logical approach
• Flexibility, proactivity, and high energy
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team player capable of working efficiently and effectively under pressure

• Identify unusual or suspicious documentation or activity using sound business judgment
• Understand Client Identification Program (CIP) policies and apply them daily
• Complete detailed reviews of documentation for new and existing clients, including legal agreements and organizational documents
• Review processes, analyze information, make decisions, recommendations, and monitor procedures
• Gain commercial awareness of the business involved
• Influence Consumer and Wealth Management Business by liaising between Financial Crime Compliance and Private Wealth Management Sales teams
