Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Experience in CRM system implementations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform environment
• Ability to analyze business processes
• Enjoy working with clients and conducting workshops

• Ability to collaborate with consultants and developers

Nice to have:

• Experience designing or extending CRM solutions based on reference models, frameworks, or industry solutions focusing on architecture, data model, business processes, and system extensibility
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Sales
• Experience with Dataverse
• Familiarity with Power Automate
• Familiarity with Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL language

• Analyze CRM solution architecture and design functional and data models for sales, customer service, and reporting processes
• Define CRM work standards and support their organizational implementation
• Conduct pre-implementation analyses and workshops with clients
• Understand sales, marketing, and customer service processes
• Design solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Configure the system per business requirements
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance user efficiency
• Cooperate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consultants and the development team
• Prepare project documentation
• Conduct presentations and training sessions for users
• Support clients post-implementation and propose further improvements
