Delivery Lead/ Manager

• Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Program Increment Planning.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage dependencies in multi-site and vendor environments.
• Strong skills in risk, impediment, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards in regulated/validated environments (e.g., GxP, ISO).
• Experience with service transition and IT operations integration.
• Excellent executive communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in establishing governance frameworks and delivery KPIs.

Scaled Agile Delivery & SDLC Governance:

• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning cycles managing technical and business objectives across multiple teams.
• Map and resolve complex dependencies across distributed teams and third-party vendors.
• Own the software delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Track blockers, conduct risk assessments, and plan mitigations.
• Establish operational frameworks and track delivery KPIs.

Multi-Site Leadership & Vendor Management:

• Align cross-functional teams across locations and time zones maintaining consistent processes.
• Define Statements of Work and quality gates for external partners.
• Empower teams by removing operational friction and overseeing onboarding.
• Define clear Roles & Responsibilities to streamline decision-making.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Create data-driven executive dashboards and reports.
• Negotiate trade-offs between scope, timelines, and technical constraints.
• Communicate project risks and changes professionally with solution proposals.

Compliance, Quality & Service Transition:

• Apply quality assurance standards and compliance for regulated environments (e.g., GxP, ISO).
• Ensure effective handover to IT operations and post-release supportability.
