Infrastructure Consultant (Linux)

• 3+ years of experience in Linux administration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux distributions, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux, AlmaLinux, and Ubuntu.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Linux automation.
• Familiarity with repository management tools such as Nexus and Red Hat Satellite.
• Working knowledge of ITIL, ITSM practices, and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with experience collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and continuously develop technical expertise.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Puppet and Ansible Automation Platform.

• Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues related to Linux server infrastructure.
• Implement and manage changes across Linux server environments.
• Manage user access and maintain Linux repositories.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on Linux server infrastructure performance and status.
• Drive the resolution of identified issues and support server hardware when required.
• Enhance, maintain, and ensure consistency of system configurations across the environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and work instructions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams, provide technical guidance, and represent Linux infrastructure topics in discussions with clients and service stakeholders.
