The client for this role operates in the banking sector, creating modern technological solutions serving millions of customers.

• Minimum 3-5 years of analytical experience in an IT environment
• Very good knowledge of Business Intelligence topics
• Very strong understanding of ITIL methodology
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Highly developed analytical skills and ability to derive conclusions from data
• Experience in creating clear and effective data visualizations
• Experience cooperating with end users and supporting their daily work
• Ability to communicate efficiently and collaborate within a team
• Excellent organization skills and multitasking ability
• Willingness to develop and rapidly acquire new knowledge

• Analyze operational and business data related to IT service functioning
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries supporting decision-making
• Monitor key performance and quality indicators of IT services
• Create data visualizations and present analysis results to stakeholders
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas requiring optimization
• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to define reporting needs
• Support processes aligned with ITIL methodology
• Analyze end-user requests and recommend process improvements
• Participate in projects developing reporting tools and Business Intelligence
• Document analyses, reports, and developed recommendations

Work location is hybrid in Warsaw (1 day per week in the office).
