Windows Administrator

• Minimum 2 years experience in Windows System Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and identity management.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server (versions 2016, 2019, 2022) and Windows 10/11.
• Experience managing Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies: Hyper-V or VMware ESXi.
• Ability to automate tasks with PowerShell.
• Core operational knowledge: patch management (WSUS/MECM), backup/disaster recovery.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator (AZ-104), or Security+ / Network+ certifications.
• Experience with endpoint security tools (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, EDR).
• Familiarity with security hardening standards (CIS Benchmarks).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and VPN setup.
