Lead Analytics Consultant

• Experience at leadership/management level including requirement collection and recommendations
• Proficiency in data modelling using Kimball methodology
• Experience developing full data pipelines at scale (terabytes)
• Interest or experience in data governance, data mesh, self-service analytics, and AI
• Expert knowledge of Python, Spark, Azure, dbt, and Databricks
• Knowledge of Unity Catalog is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Fluent in English and Polish

• Cooperate at leadership/management level to collect requirements and provide recommendations
• Translate business needs into data products
• Develop full data pipelines at scale (terabytes) from ingestion through modeling to reports
• Set up, document, and propagate new processes including Data Governance
• Test different tools and suggest new ones
• Build internal reports to monitor data processes
• Provide recommendations for internal tools development
• Monitor trends in data to identify new use cases

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
