Senior Delivery Manager

• Experience in IT project management within an outsourcing environment in a global company
• Proven track record in managing both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects, including large and complex initiatives
• Experience in leading multinational teams
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks as well as traditional Waterfall project management approaches
• Flexibility in adapting working methods to clients’ limitations
• Good understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices
• Work experience in a technical role such as Software Developer, QA, or DevOps is a plus
• Self-reliance, independence, and decision-making ability
• Strong sense of ownership
• Customer and team focus
• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Building and maintaining long-term client partnerships with a deep understanding of their goals and expectations
• Planning and executing deliveries on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards
• Managing both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects
• Adapting role as Agile/Waterfall Project Manager or Scrum Master depending on project needs
• Tracking progress against agreed timelines, proactively managing risks, and implementing corrective actions
• Controlling project scope and budget, handling change requests per contractual agreements
• Building and leading successful project teams, including blended provider-client teams
• Ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work through clear communication among team members and clients
• Upholding high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality of management

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
