Software Engineering Manager - Build Technology That Saves Lives

The position is with Motorola Solutions Systems Polska, specifically the Astro Console Team in Kraków that develops mission-critical dispatch and content-logging solutions for emergency services, including police, fire departments, and military personnel worldwide.

• MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical engineering discipline.
• Proven experience and knowledge of the software development process and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent English language skills for efficient global communication.
• Ability to identify and rapidly resolve roadblocks.
• Eagerness to explore, test, and integrate AI and automation capabilities into routine tasks.
• Ability to provide fair recognition, advocate for rewards, promotions, and compensation with transparency.
• Prior experience in a Developer, Architect, or other technical role.

• Lead and develop teams of engineers to foster innovation, support, and high performance.
• Coach and mentor team members for career development.
