IT Infrastructure & Platforms Lead

The project is realized for Cellnex Telecom, a leader in telecommunications infrastructure in Europe.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Minimum 3 years in a team leader or managerial role
• Very good knowledge of infrastructure administration, networks, virtualization, and operating systems
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL practices
• Experience managing vendors and budgets
• Ability to build engaged teams and lead organizational changes
• Very good command of Polish and English languages

Nice to have:

• Experience in the telecommunications sector
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability solutions
• Experience in an international environment
• Knowledge in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in delivering transformation projects

• Managing and developing the team responsible for IT infrastructure and platforms
• Ensuring stability, performance, and security of technology environments
• Overseeing server, network, storage, backup, and cloud platform environments
• Planning and implementing infrastructure development initiatives
• Implementing automation and standardization of operational processes
• Collaborating with security, architecture, and software development teams
• Managing vendor relationships and supervising SLA agreements
• Managing the infrastructure budget
• Participating in local and international transformation projects
• Identifying optimization areas and improving IT environment efficiency
