• Proven product management experience in digital products with medium-term strategic objectives (6-12 months).
• Expertise in defining clear problem statements and measurable product outcomes beyond pure delivery outputs.
• Practical understanding of ML-enabled products and coordination between Data Science and Engineering streams.
• Strong business acumen with KPI-driven prioritization experience in e-commerce, advertising, or marketplace ecosystems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management for Director-level and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted discovery and synthesis methods to enhance product decision-making.

• Drive the product lifecycle for ML scoring in the Sponsored Offers area, from initial problem framing to the delivery of measurable business outcomes.
• Orchestrate discovery and delivery processes for ML scoring capabilities, ensuring continuous alignment with engineering and business stakeholders during project delivery.
• Ensure roadmap optimization by balancing business value, usability, technical feasibility, and user viability for the Sponsored Offers area.
