Senior Business Analyst - SAP

Nexio Management is a technology partner with nearly 20 years of experience delivering IT services internationally. The company employs around 550 IT consultants and operates its headquarters in Warsaw with offices in Romania and the UK. Its R&D Center focuses on software testing, Big Data, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The project involves transforming and consolidating the ERP landscape and standardizing business reporting and analytics across an international organization.

• At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting ERP transformation, consolidation, or unification initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of SAP and ability to understand complex SAP data structures.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data-related projects.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data flows, data quality, and master data concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting specifications, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in international environments.
• Good understanding of SQL and data integration concepts to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to reporting, analytics, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple countries and functions to define and standardize reporting requirements, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Analyze SAP data structures, data flows, and master data to support standardized reporting solution design.
• Work closely with IT teams, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and other stakeholders throughout solution delivery lifecycle.
• Support harmonization of reporting and analytics during ERP transformation and consolidation programs.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
