Lead Java Developer

• Minimum 7 years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience as a Lead Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Lead.
• Experience leading teams in Agile methodologies.
• Developed and maintained enterprise solutions with high availability.
• Experience mentoring and developing programmers.
• Proficient communication skills in Polish and English (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or financial sector.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with GenAI or AI-assisted Software Engineering.

• Technically lead a team of 5-7 developers.
• Make architectural and technological decisions.
• Ensure the quality of delivered solutions and software development standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams in planning and executing initiatives.
• Mentor and support the professional growth of team members.
• Promote engineering best practices such as Code Review, Pair Programming, TDD, BDD, and CI/CD.
• Support building secure and highly available systems in cloud environments.
