Principal Data Scientist (Polish Native)

• Native-level fluency in Polish with deep knowledge of local social engineering and scam tactics.
• 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, GenAI Engineer, or similar AI-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and pipeline scripting.
• Hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, core LLM concepts, and model evaluation methodologies.
• Proven collaboration with ML engineering teams on dataset building and validation.
• Leadership skills managing deadlines and end-to-end analytical workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field.

Nice to have:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Analytics.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud data tools, Colab, and Google LLM/GenAI ecosystem.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI frameworks for automated workflows.

• Research, define, and model Polish-specific voice scam tactics and fraud strategies to evaluate call safety features.
• Design, engineer, and refine complex prompts to guide and automate LLM outputs for dataset generation and policy evaluation.
• Conduct model testing, red-teaming, and evaluation of Google-ecosystem LLMs to enhance fraud detection.
• Generate, annotate, and validate datasets of call transcriptions and evaluation metrics.
• Explore and implement agentic AI approaches to automate data generation and workflow orchestration.
• Act as a technical lead and domain expert, mentoring team members and driving project deliverables within a global team.

The candidate must have native-level fluency in Polish (speaking, reading, and writing).
