Senior Business Analyst

Voluum is a leading cloud-based ad tracking platform for affiliate marketers and performance marketers. The role is part of the BI Team at Commerce Media Tech in Kraków, focusing on reporting, data processes, automation, and CRM management across the business.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.
• Skilled in business analysis, BI, data processes, CRM management, and automation.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business goals into reporting, process, and system solutions.
• Proficient in Power BI, including report building, data modeling, calculated measures, and KPI design.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating multi-source data.
• Experience with Python for analytics, automation, ETL, or data processing.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including CRM governance standards, data-quality rules, and pipeline processes.
• Understanding of relational databases, CRM/data models, integrations, and business data flows.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Make.com or similar.
• Experience working with APIs and connecting tools or systems.
• Experience with LLM agent building, prompt engineering, and integrating AI tools with business workflows.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating discussions and clarifying options.
• Critical approach to undocumented assumptions, unclear requirements, and inconsistent data.
• Fluent in English.

• Design and validate end-to-end business solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to define goals, processes, and needs.
• Own complex, high-impact initiatives from discovery through rollout, coordinating teams and facilitating decisions.
• Challenge assumptions, identify risks, and propose improvements to workflows.
• Act as CRM superadmin, managing day-to-day maintenance, configurations, access, data structures, workflows, and process consistency.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL, optimizing queries for multi-source data accuracy.
• Design, document, and support ETL/ELT data pipelines for dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement or specify solutions using Python scripts, APIs, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Detect data-quality issues, architectural bottlenecks, scalability concerns, and technical debt, proposing mitigations.
• Prototype AI/LLM-powered solutions including agents, prompts, and tool integrations.
• Conduct documentation reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote strong BI and automation practices.
• Own product, reporting, or automation initiatives from discovery through rollout and success measurement.
