IT Operations Manager

SINGU is a group operating in five countries, with an IT environment that includes mixed equipment, various identity setups, and duplicated subscriptions acquired through growth by acquisition.

• Experience running IT operations or internal IT in a multi-site or distributed business.
• Hands-on expertise at tenant level with platforms such as Microsoft 365 and willingness to learn additional platforms.
• Managed devices at scale through MDM solutions like Jamf, Kandji, or Intune across macOS and Windows.
• Strong knowledge of networking including Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, DNS, and connectivity.
• Skilled in automation using scripting languages and tools like PowerShell and Graph, with openness to AI-driven automation.
• Ability to document and standardize procedures and communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues.
• Strong professional English (C1); Polish (B2) is useful but not essential.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IT integration post-acquisition, including tenant migration.
• Support for ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials Plus audits.

• Own the internal application estate end to end: CRM, ERP, finance, HR, ticketing, collaboration, AI tools, and the identity layer tying them together including provisioning, permissions, integrations, licenses, and renewals.
• Manage identity and access across the group: SSO, MFA, conditional access, group and role design, and privileged account hygiene.
• Handle joiner, mover, and leaver processes across every system ensuring full equipment on day one and secure removal on exit.
• Oversee device lifecycle for laptops, mobiles, and peripherals: procurement, build standards, MDM enrollment, repair, replacement, and secure disposal across macOS and Windows.
• Manage networks and office environments: Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, DNS, connectivity, meeting room AV, and IT aspects of office moves.
• Administer AI tooling: workspace configuration, seats, credits, spending, and monitoring shadow AI usage.
• Run the internal helpdesk with sensible SLAs and service quality.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and continuity for the internal estate, with tested processes.
• Consolidate acquired environments into the group standard, including tenant migrations.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships: MSPs, ISPs, hardware and software including renewals and costs.
• Implement security baselines set by Information Security and provide evidence for audits.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Rocket Jobs oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
