Senior Product Manager

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products and strategic roadmaps (6–12 months)
• Strong experience defining product problems, measurable outcomes, and business metrics
• Practical understanding of machine learning-enabled products and collaboration with Engineering and Data Science
• Experience in data-driven environments with experimentation and A/B testing
• Strong business acumen prioritizing initiatives based on KPIs and business value
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and analytical environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication including senior business leaders
• Experience in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and product discovery frameworks
• Ability to balance business value, technical feasibility, and user needs in product decisions
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for product discovery and hypothesis generation
• Native-level Polish
• Good command of English (B2+ level or higher)

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and strategy to delivery and measurable outcomes
• Define product vision, objectives, and roadmaps aligned with business priorities
• Lead discovery activities to identify customer needs and prioritize product opportunities
• Drive development of ML-enabled product capabilities with Engineering and Data Science teams
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps
• Prioritize backlog based on business impact, KPIs, technical feasibility, and user value
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery ensuring alignment between technical and business stakeholders
• Support product decisions through experimentation, A/B testing, and data analysis
• Monitor product performance and optimize solutions based on outcomes
• Communicate product strategy and progress to senior stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement of product management practices and collaboration
