Senior Product Analyst

• Proven experience independently delivering complex analytical projects influencing product or business decisions
• Advanced expertise in SQL, including optimization of large-scale analytical queries and automated metric pipelines
• Strong practical experience with Python for reproducible and version-controlled analytical workflows
• Expert knowledge of A/B testing, including experiment design, statistical interpretation, and recommendation development
• Experience translating strategic business goals into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations
• Extensive experience defining, validating, and governing product KPIs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present insights to senior business audiences
• Experience working with very large datasets in complex analytical environments
• Experience using AI-assisted analytical tools with maintained analytical rigor and methodology traceability
• Good command of English (B2+ level or higher)
• Native-level Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience in adtech, digital advertising analytics, marketplace analytics, or recommendation systems
• Practical experience with causal inference methods beyond traditional A/B testing
• Experience mentoring analysts and establishing analytical standards across multiple teams
• Experience with cloud-native analytics platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with BigQuery, Looker Studio, or Tableau

• Lead end-to-end analytical projects that support product strategy and business decision-making
• Translate business objectives into structured analytical frameworks and measurable outcomes
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other product experiments
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
• Define, validate, and maintain product KPIs to support continuous product improvement
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and automated analytical pipelines
• Perform advanced data analysis using Python with reproducible and version-controlled workflows
• Prepare executive-ready reports, decision memos, and data-driven recommendations for stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to refine hypotheses and evaluate product performance
• Ensure analytical rigor, methodology consistency, and high-quality documentation
• Leverage AI-assisted analytical tools while maintaining transparency and methodological traceability
• Share best practices and contribute to raising analytical standards across teams
