Senior Solution Architect

Transition Technologies MS is hiring for the Legal Operations team, focusing on solution architecture within the Legal & Compliance domain.

• Deep expertise and business knowledge in Legal & Compliance.
• 7-10 years of IT experience designing and implementing solutions in Legal Operations, including Matter Management and Contract management.
• Expertise with SaaS solutions and vendors.
• Practical experience with public clouds: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with SaaS platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP Cloud.
• Knowledge of middleware architecture and ESB/EAI-based integration.
• Experience creating architectural documentation, e.g., UML.
• Expertise in multiple technology domains such as Cloud, Automation, Data, AI.
• Broad understanding of integration, security, infrastructure, and DevOps layers.
• Ability to understand new technologies quickly and develop a technology vision.
• Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
• Strong oral, written, public, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to frame complex issues and persuade diverse audiences.

More relevant experience:

• Salesforce, ServiceNow, Mulesoft, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, AWS.

• Analyze, evaluate, and integrate SaaS solutions to meet enterprise standards and align with business priorities.
• Lead and control cross-solution architecture design discussions with developers, vendors, and partners.
• Review existing architectures to ensure continuous improvement and manage technical debt.
• Conduct research, evaluations, proofs of concepts, and adoption of new solutions.
• Design non-functional requirements, screen vendor capabilities, and evaluate integration potential.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Create and maintain Solution Architecture documentation.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve business processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and the Enterprise Architect to define high-level solution intent for stakeholders.
