Senior DevOps Engineer

Demant Technology Centre Sp. z o. o. is a growing international company in the medical-technical industry focusing on hearing health care solutions. The role is part of the R&D unit Software Solutions (SWS), developing software for desktop, mobile, wearables, and cloud solutions to maximize benefits from hearing aids. The team's work environment uses the SAFe framework and consists of mobile app development, test automation, and DevOps teams.

• Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering roles
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, access policies)
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell (Core)
• Proficiency in YAML-based pipelines development
• Management of Azure DevOps on-premise build agents
• Experience with Git
• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD
• Awareness of best DevOps practices

Nice to have:

• Programming in C#
• MS Cloud Certificates AZ-900/AZ-104/AZ-204/AZ-400
• Other scripting languages like Bash, Python
• .NET Xamarin/MAUI experience
• Experience with at least one CI/CD tool (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity)
• Mobile development
• Google Play / Apple AppStore release management
• Familiarity with GitOps or Zero Trust architecture
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management (preferably Azure)
• Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments

• Create and maintain Azure DevOps solutions as part of the System Team
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve pipelines ensuring stable and smooth development experience
• Manage and maintain on-premise build agents
• Create internal tools to automate manual or repetitive processes and limit human errors
• Manage App Store Connect/Testflight and Google Play Console user accounts
• Create documentation and share knowledge among team members
• Cooperate with and support product teams
• Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies aligned with DevOps goals
