Data Architect / Tech Lead Data Platform

• Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years as Tech Lead, Data Engineering Lead, Lead Developer, or Data Architect
• Practical experience in designing and building data platforms in enterprise environments
• Participation in implementing core insurance systems like Guidewire or EIS
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and integration design
• Familiarity with Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Event Hub, or equivalent
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment automation
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and data security
• Experience leading technical teams and making architectural decisions
• Proficiency in SQL and big data processing technologies

Nice to have:

• Experience designing event-driven architecture and practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Microsoft Azure Data Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect certifications
• Knowledge of Data Mesh concept
• Experience with AI/ML solutions and preparing data for AI models
• Experience in the insurance sector

• Designing and developing the architecture of the Cloud Data Platform
• Designing and developing data products used for analytics, reporting, and AI solutions
• Defining architectural, design, and implementation standards
• Coordinating technical work of the team and supporting developers in problem-solving
• Conducting architectural reviews and code review
• Supervising the construction and development of data layers
• Ensuring data quality, consistency, security, and availability
• Collaborating with architects, analysts, Product Owners, and project teams
• Participating in estimations, work planning, and defining platform development direction
