Director- ITIL (Presales)

• Recognised global expert in ITIL and Digital Product and Service Management.
• Over 10 years’ experience working with ITIL products including consulting and practitioner experience.
• Understanding of other digital product and service management products such as COBIT, IT4IT, ISO20001.
• Established record working with organizations that own or promote these products is an advantage.
• Extensive understanding of ITIL training partner organizations.
• Accredited trainer/consultant in some or all ITIL products is advantageous.
• Extensive experience conducting webinars, speaking at conferences, and marketing activities.
• Experience working with Sales teams providing ITIL subject matter expertise and sales enablement.
• Experience in client business development activities including proposals, bids, and client calls.
• Advanced written and spoken English, C2 certification desired; LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate is a plus.

• Connect with corporates, government entities, and professional organizations to grow awareness and market size of ITIL products.
• Collaborate with global ITIL Business Development to enhance sales of ITIL products.
• Provide input for content development working with Product Management and Product Development.
• Support global Marketing to promote the ITIL brand.
• Assist ITIL partner organizations with client calls, sales enablement activities, and marketing support.
• Conduct webinars, speaking events, panel discussions to promote the ITIL brand.
• Motivate and inspire the ITIL ecosystem, including Ambassadors and Community Group.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers to promote ITIL.
• Participate in conferences, education events, and strategic forums promoting ITIL.
• Collaborate group-wide to drive performance across divisions including LanguageCert, City & Guilds, and DevOps.
• Provide input to PeopleCert reports and business updates as required.
