Business Adoption of Power Platforms

This role is situated within the banking industry focusing on strategy and transformation. It involves working within a hybrid model in Polish cities: Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, or Gdynia.

• Deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience in Power Platform solution development and architecture.

Nice to have:

• Experience in designing reusable Copilot Studio agent templates.
• Ability to guide and coach users on effective use of Copilot Studio.

• Drive adoption, enablement, and advisory services for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Support business and technical stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of AI initiatives.
• Provide hands-on guidance through governance practices and development of business solutions.
• Engage closely with businesses to ensure scalable and secure solutions.

Work model is hybrid requiring presence three days per week in Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, or Gdynia, Poland.
