PMO / Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaborative form of cooperation dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, executing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client operates in the production/logistics industry and seeks support for launching new production areas in the IT project scope, including IT systems, infrastructure, integration, and coordination with central and local teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management or PMO support for IT projects.
• Experience in industrial, production, logistics projects, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Practical knowledge of project planning, scheduling, project controlling, reporting, risk management, and dependency management.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders locally and centrally.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and tools for task and status tracking.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills in speech and writing.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure in production environments, IT security, industrial networks, and system integration.
• Experience with launch, migration, or building new production areas projects.

• Creating and updating project plans, milestone schedules, risk registers, dependencies, decisions, and open issues.
• Coordinating IT scope for production and logistics systems.
• Supervising preparation of IT infrastructure including LAN/WLAN networks, workstations, industrial devices, servers, printers, and security requirements.
• Coordinating technical cooperation between local and central teams and external suppliers.
• Monitoring schedule, budget, quality, risks, scope changes, and corrective actions.
• Leading project meetings, workshops, readiness reviews, decision meetings, and preparing reports and project documentation.
• Coordinating tests, acceptances, operational readiness, system handover to maintenance, and post-launch activities.
• Managing the project ensuring transparent communication and proper escalation of issues.

Work location is remote with monthly visits to an office near Kraków. Requires minimum B2 level in Polish and English. Contract type is B2B.
