Project Manager

This role is within the banking industry and involves managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) project deliveries, with a hybrid work model in Gdańsk/Warsaw, Poland.

• PM experience in large-scale IT/Banking projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to Privileged Access Management.
• Knowledge of CyberArk.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Proficiency in executive reporting.
• Structured execution mindset.

• Assist track leads in maintaining project momentum.
• Drive change management initiatives and facilitate communication.

• Location: Poland - Gdańsk or Warsaw.
• Work model: Hybrid (3 days a week in the office).
• Contract type: B2B.
• Rate: up to 160 PLN/h.
