• Proficient coding skills in Kotlin or Scala.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Enthusiasm for AI and willingness to work with AI coding assistants.
• Openness to learning and adopting modern cloud technologies like GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with flexible working hours.
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level.

• Code in Kotlin or Scala using Spring Boot and Kafka to build backend systems.
• Engage in high-quality code reviews and discussions on software engineering best practices.
• Build new products and support launching fresh projects within the Allegro ecosystem.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and team retrospectives to develop soft skills.
• Incorporate AI coding assistants to maximize efficiency.
• Find effective solutions to user requirements.
• Continuously develop and update professional knowledge.
• Influence the technical vision and help shape new projects.
• Experiment with modern cloud infrastructure including GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
