Senior Quality Engineer - Aerospace Industry (f/m/x)

Sii Polska is a company operating in the aerospace sector, offering a diverse portfolio of clients and contracts with major brands, with offices in Kraków, Rzeszów, and Katowice. The company provides various programs including mentoring, internal training, language courses, and profit sharing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related field)
• Deep expertise in AS 9100 and NADCAP requirements
• Strong command of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and risk analysis methodologies
• Practical experience in supplier collaboration and addressing quality issues
• Ability to read technical drawings, tolerances, and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Advanced level of Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Knowledge and experience in special processes, both technically and in auditing

• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with AS 9100 standards and specific requirements
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to communicate and enforce quality requirements to suppliers
• Utilize tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FAI to ensure seamless project launches with suppliers
• Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives
• Partner with sourcing teams to evaluate and develop supplier capabilities while maintaining accurate quality records
• Travel domestically and internationally to conduct audits and support supplier improvement activities
• Participate in and manage upcoming projects as the responsible person from the SQE site
