Technical Lead Engineer - AI Systems & Node.js & Nest.js

People More is a company with a large client base in Poland and abroad, working on projects from scratch or parts of them involving UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile development. They collaborate directly with clients and support partners worldwide, providing a wide range of projects and opportunities to change.

• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience in production backend development.
• Strong production experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including query execution plans, indexing, transactions, and raw SQL.
• Experience with asynchronous and event-driven systems, including queues, retries, idempotency, and background job processing.
• Strong understanding of security concepts including OAuth 2.0, RBAC, ABAC, OWASP, audit logs, secrets management, and permission boundaries.
• Experience with multitenant systems, data isolation, and Row-Level Security patterns.
• Experience writing Architecture Decision Records and leading architectural decisions.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding while maintaining strong code quality control.
• Strong ownership of backend architecture, databases, observability, and infrastructure.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.

• Design backend architecture and lead key technical decisions.
• Regularly contribute production code.
• Ensure architecture, scalability, security, and quality of the product remain high.
