Purchasing Specialist

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables and complex formulas).
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to work second shifts (15:00–23:00) approximately 40% of the time.

Nice to have:

• Experience with sourcing and procurement systems such as Ariba, iValua, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar tools.

• Purchasing goods, materials, components, or services in line with agreed cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Running RFQs and comparing received quotations to support optimal sourcing decisions.
• Selecting suppliers based on defined criteria to achieve the best commercial terms and conditions.
• Monitoring purchasing processes and proactively communicating risks and opportunities to stakeholders and other functions.
• Cooperating closely with peers and cross‑functional teams to support continuous process improvements.
• Managing purchase orders end‑to‑end, from purchase request creation and review, through order placement, to final delivery and payment.
• Building and maintaining positive, long‑term relationships with suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, procedures, process flows, DTPs, and relevant documentation.
• Supporting the vendor assessment process based on established criteria.
