Administrator Jira

Get IT Together specializes in providing highly qualified IT experts in project management, architecture, business and system analysis, and software development. The company has an experienced HR team responsible for effective recruitment and maintaining relationships with top IT candidates. The role involves working on projects for a client in the energy sector.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in administering Jira and/or Confluence.
• Very good knowledge of Jira Data Center and Confluence Data Center.
• Experience in configuring workflows, permission schemes, fields, screens, project roles, and automation.
• Practical knowledge of ScriptRunner and Groovy language.
• Knowledge of JQL, SQL, and REST API.
• Experience integrating systems and solving application issues.
• Ability to analyze logs and diagnose errors.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Data Center architecture.
• Good knowledge of Linux (RHEL or similar) for basic diagnostics and log analysis.
• Knowledge of Git and basics of Infrastructure as Code.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Ansible.
• Participation in migrations and updates of Jira and Confluence environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle at the application administration level.
• Practical experience with Xray and Reports and Timesheets for Jira add-ons.
• Atlassian certifications.
• Experience working with High Availability environments.

• Administration, maintenance, and development of Jira Software and Confluence Data Center environments.
• Designing and configuring business processes using Atlassian tools.
• Analyzing user needs and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configuration of workflows, screens, fields, schemes, roles, permissions, and automation.
• Creating and developing automation using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner (Groovy), and REST API.
• Managing projects, spaces, users, groups, and permission models.
• Supporting business users and technical teams in daily work with the Atlassian platform.
• Participating in integration of Jira and Confluence with external systems using REST API.
• Planning and performing updates of Atlassian applications and add-ons while maintaining high availability.
• Collaborating with teams responsible for infrastructure, security, databases, and backups.
• Creating and updating technical and administrative documentation.
