Senior IT Systems Analyst (in the acquiring area)

Primaris Services Sp. z o.o. employs over 250 experts with 15 years of IT industry experience in Poland and abroad. The company delivers complex projects in banking, insurance, healthcare, robotics, energy, and media sectors, supporting over 40 active clients. Their services include system development from scratch, maintenance, product implementation, team allocation, and individual expert placement. They are a gold partner of UiPath, specializing in Robotic Process Automation.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in payments or banking sector.
• Deep knowledge of acquiring processes and roles such as merchant, acquirer, issuer, PSP, and payment organizations.
• Familiarity with authorization systems and transaction processing platforms.
• Understanding of e-commerce payments, PSP integration, Payment Gateway, and 3-D Secure.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 standard.
• Ability to prepare analytical documentation, interface specifications, flow diagrams, and test scenarios.
• Fluent in Polish and English (minimum C1 level).
• Experience with UML and BPMN is required.

• Conduct business and system analysis for payment transaction authorization and acquiring platforms.
• Design and document processes related to authorization, settlements, and transaction flows.
• Prepare integration specifications between banking systems, payment gateways, PSPs, POS terminals, and payment organizations.
• Analyze processes related to 3-D Secure, BLIK, Host-to-Host integrations, and security requirements.
• Model acquiring processes and document transaction flows and functional requirements.

The recruitment process consists of a phone call (up to 30 min), a remote technical-business video interview (60-90 min), and a remote meeting with the Project Product Owner (30-60 min). Only candidates located to work in Warsaw with hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days remote) and cooperation on B2B contract are considered.
