Product Owner Corporate Digital (m / f)

Medicover is seeking a Product Owner to join the Digital Solutions Delivery department, contributing to the development of the eCommerce Platform.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Analyst, or similar role with real decision-making mandate
• Developed product imagination and ability to perceive market trends, technology, and user behavior
• Experience in building and developing eCommerce solutions
• Ability to manage a product team
• Knowledge of data structures, data flows, and integration issues enabling smooth communication with Technical team
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Jira, and Confluence
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level for effective communication
• Communication skills and ease in establishing and maintaining valuable relationships

• Collaborate with the Platform Owner and other Product Owners to define development priorities for the Platform
• Create and manage the development backlog for specified Platform products
• Identify and manage dependencies within Platform components
• Gather business requirements and document them in the product backlog
• Support the Platform Owner in managing the Platform roadmap
• Adapt backlog according to changing business priorities and requirements
• Coordinate the development team from priority setting to production delivery of functionalities
• Organize business acceptance and support adoption of solutions into business use
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX/UI, developers, sales, and technical support to understand market needs and technological conditions
• Organize third-line support in case of production errors and product failures
• Monitor product quality and identify areas for development
• Actively follow IT, AI, and eCommerce trends and propose competitive advantage solutions

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
