Administrator IT (Linux / Cloud / AI)

Take Group sp. z o.o. develops internet projects visited by millions monthly, managing over 5,000 domains and generating over 20 million views per month. They develop SEO and AI projects with infrastructure operational 24/7.

• Minimum one year experience in a similar role (Administrator IT, System Administrator, Junior DevOps, Cloud Administrator, or related)
• Proficient in Linux and basic networking concepts (SSH, DNS)
• Ability to write scripts in Python
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Uptime Kuma, BetterStack or similar
• Knowledge of security basics including access and secret management
• Independent, responsible for full ownership of the area
• Willingness to respond to critical failures beyond standard working hours
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Docker, Oracle Cloud, or Kubernetes
• Experience managing a large number of domains or environments
• Regular use of AI tools in daily work

• Maintain production environment and ensure high uptime using Uptime Kuma, BetterStack, and Grafana, managing VPS and load balancers
• Respond to alerts, escalate problems, and coordinate fixes until resolution
• Manage cloud environments in Oracle Cloud and dedicated servers
• Administer over 5,000 domains including renewals and transfers
• Manage access rights, support onboarding and offboarding, and regularly review permissions
• Prepare infrastructure cost estimates, pay periodic services, optimize costs, and generate monthly reports
• Collaborate with external DevOps teams and infrastructure providers
• Dispatch tickets to developers and handle technical debt reduction
