Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years experience as a developer (preferably with .NET Core, Kotlin, Angular) plus at least 2 years as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead
- Active coding experience including understanding PRs and architectural decisions
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and security-by-design
- Ability to work with Product Managers and translate business needs into technical tasks
- Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and work management tools such as Jira and Linear
- Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka
- Strong knowledge of databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and migration tools (Liquibase)
- Interpersonal skills including communication, conflict resolution, and feedback
- Passion for application security and high-quality engineering culture
Obowiązki
- Lead and develop a development team (frontend, backend, quality assurance, support) within the domain
- Collaborate actively with the Product Manager on sprint planning and backlog prioritization
- Oversee maintenance, development, and security of team-owned components
- Continuously improve maintenance and release processes, including SDLC, automation, and MTTR reduction
- Define and achieve SLO/SLA goals for team services
- Co-create business-technical monitoring including metrics, alerts, and dashboards
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Implement production standards including coverage, linting, security gates, and dependency management
- Identify and eliminate technical debt working with SEL on technical backlog
- Monitor and optimize quality and performance metrics (DORA metrics)
- Challenge architecture by proposing alternatives and assessing technical risks
- Support team adoption of new tools and frameworks such as Astro, Kotlin, Liquibase, and PostgreSQL
