Programme Test Manager

• At least 10 years experience in Testing with senior test or quality leadership roles.
• Strong test management experience handling cross-functional, multi-platform programmes.
• Solid knowledge of modern testing and quality engineering approaches including test automation strategies, Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), shift-left, continuous testing, and AI-assisted testing.
• Ability to define and drive test strategies combining traditional and modern techniques for large, complex environments.
• Very good analysis and investigation skills.
• Proven ability to delegate while maintaining control and transparency.
• Experience with offshoring and distributed teams.
• Good business knowledge of Euroclear domains (EB Settlement, Collateral Management, Cash & Banking, Asset Servicing) is a strong asset.

• Make decisions using sound judgment within the defined strategy scope.
