Senior AI Solutions Consultant (HR Transformation, Copilot Studio)

Capgemini is a Business Services company recruiting for a Senior AI Solutions Consultant to support HR transformation initiatives.

• 4+ years of experience in HR including HR transformation, HR technology, People Operations, Employee Services, and Talent Acquisition
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, Zendesk
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, or create AI assistants, agents, or prompt-based solutions; Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred, OpenAI optional
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Agentic AI, RAG, LLM-based assistants, and AI governance
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to explain technology concepts to business audiences and influence decision-making
• English language proficiency for communicating technical concepts

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, ServiceNow AI Agents, Salesforce Agentforce, UiPath Agent Builder, or similar AI platforms

• Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption
• Design and configure AI agents, prompts, conversation flows, and business rules
• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled workflows and user journeys
• Support implementation of AI solutions across HR and People Operations processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize transformation initiatives
• Test, validate, and optimize AI-driven solutions and employee experiences
• Monitor adoption, performance, and business outcomes of implemented solutions
• Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
