Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Senior Developer

ITFS is offering a position working 100% remotely on a stable project within a company holding a solid market position.

• Minimum 6 years of practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement in complex enterprise environments.
• Native-level proficiency in the Polish language.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Certifications as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.

• Lead technical discussions with clients, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and deliver high-level and low-level architectures (HLD/LLD) considering system constraints and integration patterns.
• Serve as an expert in the Salesforce ecosystem, implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and utilize related platforms (Data Cloud, Personalization).
• Enhance skills and mentor the development team through knowledge transfer, workshops, and technical bootcamps.
