Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions with a global network, covering IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal sectors.

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Software Developer
• At least 2 years of experience with complex enterprise systems
• Very good knowledge of C# and .NET
• Experience designing applications using UML
• Knowledge of full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to design data layers, business logic, and user interface
• Experience with mission-critical or large business systems (e.g., ERP, HR, Asset Management, Financial Management)
• Higher education degree in Computer Science or related field
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• At least one international certificate related to Microsoft programming or equivalent

• Design and develop applications based on .NET technology
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design architecture and individual application layers (data, business logic, UI)
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and quality
• Create technical documentation
• Collaborate with project team using Scrum methodology
• Estimate workload and plan development tasks
• Propose and implement technical solutions
• Participate in requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and system maintenance
• Provide technical support and assist in solving production issues
