• Bachelor's degree in ICT
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
• At least 1 certification in software development relevant to the domain or an equivalent internationally recognized certification
• English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or willingness to take the exam
• Experience going through at least one complete lifecycle of a software solution
• Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems using .NET
• Knowledge of UML and ability to design applications in UML
• Proficient in designing and developing data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer
• Experience working in Scrum developments
• Capable of leading technical teams
• Ability to effectively document technical solutions
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills
• Experience as a Software Developer in at least two projects involving design, implementation, and deployment of solutions based on Microsoft Business Intelligence or similar
• In-depth knowledge of physical databases, SQL, BI, reporting tools, ETL tools, data modelling tools, OLAP, and data mining tools
• At least 3 years experience working with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• At least 5 years experience working with .NET
