ServiceNow Business Analyst

• Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• End-to-end experience working with product teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications (preferred).
• Experience with ServiceNow (preferred).
• Experience with applications developed on the ServiceNow App Engine platform (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications (advantage).
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, Business, or related field (plus).
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer) are an added advantage.

• Communicate ideas effectively to influence stakeholders.
• Work end-to-end with product teams to build and enhance products.
• Support enterprise applications in a production environment (preferred).
• Work independently and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
• Manage strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationships.
